I bid and won an auction this morning. My eSnipe notice for a successful bid and the eBay end of auction notice came with minutes of each other as soon as it ended. Around noon EST I sniped another auction and got my eSnipe notice of a win immediately after it closed. It is now almost 9:00 PM EST and I still have no end of auction notice from eBay and nothing from the seller.
In my experience this is longer than it usually takes. Any observation on the reason?

On second glance I see that I assumed too much. The first auction closed last night and I got the emails close together because I had not been on the computer. Still I don't remember this long a space between the eSnipe and eBay notices in the past.

It has been a day and a half since I won the auction I asked about in the original post. I heard from the seller and sent off a payment but STILL nothing from eBay. It is not in my Spam folder because I have been checking. What gives, I wonder?
Are others getting end of auction notices?
