Click on the view dispute link. Be very careful to check the option where you no longer wich to communicate with the buyer. Then click on the close dispute button. After it's closed, it will take you to a page that confirms it. Click the link that adds them to your blocked bidders list.

Glad you were able to nail the deadbeat. The main thing to remember is to check the reason you are closing the dispute. The default choice checked by Ebay will forgive the deadbeat and you will forfeit your FVF. Don't ask me how I know. It's still a sensitive subject with me
