I sometimes have Dutch auctions in my store. I often have to "contact buyer" through eBay, especially when they have aol addresses, but the option doesn't seem to be there on the Dutch auctions. Can someone tell me how to do it?

You should be able to go to the buyer list, like the bids list in auction.
And click to see with Email address.

dad: the email will come up, but not "contact buyer". It is because I am not getting replies to emails that I want to contact them through eBay, but I can't find a way to do it.

Amber, anyone can contact a buyer by going to their feedback page and click on the grey "contact member" link on the right hand side of the page.
