Some of you may not be aware that you can insure a parcel with dsi that someone has sent to you. for example, you have a parcel coming from germany. or anywhere else . you call dsi and let them know what you want. so long as you can supply them the shipping details just like you do when you ship a parcel to your customer. does come in handy. and is the same price as you pay when you insure to send to your customer.

If you deal with dsi. then i would suggest you contact dsi and ask them. i dont know as i have never made a claim.

Insurance is all about risk sharing,they take in a small premium and hope in most cases,everything goes fine.
Liquidity is key,if USPS is fed up with insuring EMS packages,i wonder small outfits like DSI and U-PIC ???
