With the increase in the cost of 10-day auctions, I now list for only 7 days. Since I list a wide variety of items, it's hard to see if this has had an impact on sales (sell-through rate/final bid prices, etc.). Has anyone else stopped using 10-day auctions and what impact, if any, has this had on your sales?

I give up using 10 day auctions years ago and the 7 day auctions too. i found that most buyers tend to get a little impatient and can lose interest. my best times is for 5 day auctions. my customers are happier because they dont have to wait too long. it certainly paid me to go this way.

I quit using 10 day when they started charging for it a few years back. Turns out that 10 day listings didn't increase sales a bit.
