there was a previous thread about not getting bids and the seller didn't know why. United States has been dropped from my relists and if a bidder does try to bid, he/she is blocked. If any of you have noticed this, you might check your listings.

Same thing here. It's been going on for 3 weeks, and no answer in sight. I've emailed Vendio and ebay about it. It's happening to a lot of others too.

I had a sale this morning and the US buyer pointed out that I "wasn't shipping to US" when he tried to pay. Sure enough, about 15 of my listings did not include the US (although my settings clearly include the US!). I revised each and every one, not really making changes, just going through the process of saving and submitting and that somehow fixed the problem. No fun, but I wonder how long I would have been paying for store listings and wondering why no bids. Does anyone know if this was an eBay thing or something on the Vendio side? I guess we should all check our listings for glitches every now and then!!!

I relisted 6 auctions and they just went off. US is included so looks like fair winds ahead.

I just got an email from a buyer asking if I would ship to Oklahoma. I went into the auction and sure enough appartently I'm not shipping to the U.S.

I still need to go in and check my other auctions.

Is this a Vendio glitch?

Agate - under Vendio go to My Account and under Site Specifics go to EBay and Scroll on down.
You will probably find that US is checked off but not showing in your auctions. - At least I did. I had to manually go into each one and click on US to make it work.

Then Sonya told me it was fixed and I relisted and it seems to be working fine now.

Again go over to Vendio Services and see the posts.

good luck

Funny I have a bit of a different problem with the Vendio relists.

I am a US seller that sells worldwide....on my relists it states US only, but first time ads state world wide.

Was wondering why my Aussies and Canadians weren't bidding this week!

Cheers!
Debby
