As many of you will have already seen the evening news, you already know about the upcoming trial of Michael Jackson. Well, I live in Santa Maria!! Is there a chance to cash in on this Circus? This is a small city of 80,000, our hotels, motels & restaurants are going top have a hey day over this. Any ideas of how I can benefit? Am open to all SANE ideas

All my ideas are the insane ones,,,,But if I lived there,,,I would certainly make insaninity into $$$$$$$$.........

There's the always popular T-Shirt concept. Come up with a great T-Shirt design - put it on two non screaming articulate attractive teens girls and get them in front of and willing to talk to every camera they can. Pick up the new release and find a line in it that can somehow apply then have a few neighborhood teens do the street corner sales (reporters and crews will buy the better ones as souveniers as well) then have you As Seen on CNN listing ready to run. The truly savvy will have two designs and two teams - one Pro Jackson, one Anti.
There is a famous story (true BTW) of the much despised Seattle Seahawk Brian Boswell doing a tremendous amount of trash talking about the Broncos prior to a game in Denver. About a week before the game, anti Boswell shirts started proping up everywhere - street side vendors, tailgat sellers, etc. After brisk and extremely profitable sales of the shirt all that week Boswell announced that the people of Denver had been had. The shirts were designed by and made for him and the sellers had been working for him.
