Here is a STUPID setup Ebay has. When a user gets NARU'd you can't leave feedback?
So some jerk BIN'd $60 worth of auctions from me, then his email address goes bad so I can't contact him. I pulled his personal info right away and gave him a call. He said he would send payment. Now, 30 days later he is NARU'd and I cannot leave feedback.
So all he has to do is put in a new email address after 90 days and avoid the neg completely.
I'll just leave it here and feel better about it.

Eagle, yah, they should just let you write something post-mortem. It would make the seller feel better - kinda like leaving a eulogy for the dead!
Too bad you know your "dead-beat" will be resurrected tho!

If he is NARU'ed he may never come back. How does he come back after 90 days? As a new ebay he can come back the same day he is NARUed with a verified ISP email address or by using a different credit card number and a free email account.
It's a hopeless situation.

too true.
I once was Naru'd for about 8 months. I owned Ebay 34¢. They make so many hoops to jump through I didn't feel like coming back... till I found somthing I needed and had to bid on it.

How in the heck do you get a bidders personal information. All I have been able to get to is their E-mail address? Help please.
