I buy & sell on Ebay and always pay for my ebay purchases with funds in my Paypal account. Do I still have buyer protection or is that only for people who pay with the Paypal credit card?

You have 30 days orth of protection from PayPal. If the item is not recieved you can file for a refind from PayPal. Seller must the provide proof thru online trackable sours that package was delivered to you or PayPal will honor your refund request.

PayPal doesn't guarantee your money back.
I got ripped off once. PayPal investigated, told me that the seller was a fraud, but sorry, no money for you. Better luck next time (Ok, they didn't respond in those exact words).
