What is going on I just uploaded auctions and when I check them it says server down ?

Ebay can't be down--they are never down. It is our imagination.

Down in Pittsburgh too.I was trying to relist.

Oh, I forgot. It's not EBay. It's our ISPs. THEY are all down, not EBay. They are the only ones still standing. LOL!

We all know in the end eBay will still be standing. Remember they are only a venue, what do they care. There is no one in eBay that will lose just the sellers. The buyers will win because no sniping can be done.
