Is it possible to have items listed in a "store" and also have them up for auction?

Thanks,

Any item you have up for auction on Ebay will show up in an Ebay store if you pay for an Ebay store. The Ebay stores are not worth the money, though.

I believe you can have Ebay auctions created through Vendio/AW that can be in an AW store as well as on Ebay. Not totally sure.

You cannot have Vendio/AW created auction or fixed price items show up in an Ebay store. They must be listed directly through Ebay, then don't show up in the after sales management software here.

So if you want a store, an AW store makes more sense.

You can create Ebay auctions using AW (or VD as I guess it is now referred to) and there is an option that you can click which allows the item to also be sold in your AW store.

I'm never going to get used to seeing that.

"You got VD?"

"I've got VD!"

"I pay $29.95 a month for VD!"

"How's your VD store coming along?"

I'm sure the moderator is groaning about now !

VD?
Yeah, I've had the old VD for 4 years and proud of it!

LOL!

My first posting to the boards but this topic caught my attention. I am not happy with the fact that Vendio does not support eBay Stores. It is a pain to set up two separate item descriptions and images -- one for my eBay Store and one for my Vendio store.
I sell much more from the eBay Store than I do from the Vendio store so giving up the eBay Store is not an option. The eBay Store listings are just clogging up the "Active" listings area while not allowing me to take any actions, notify the buyers, nor closing follo-up from the Vendio site.
There must be some reason for Vendio not to support the eBay Stores and I'm sure it has to do with economics (Vendio's, of course). I have sent numerous queries to Vendio support and have been told that there are no plans to support the eBay Stores.
Am I missing something obvious? How come no eBay Store support from Vendio???

I'm very dissappointed to hear that AW/VD
doesn't support Ebay stores. I only signed signed up for AW because of the single support I could obtain for simultanous AW & Ebay site stores, and auctions. This will cause me a lot of extra work since I sell
only original single items with unique descriptions over multiple sites. I guess I'll have to make a choice now????
