I have never really had complaints about the checkout process being difficult until now. I'm now getting notes from buyers (including experienced ebayers) that are saying the process is very confusing. Have they changed the checkout format? Anyone else getting this type of complaint??

I have several posts on this under stores. The problems my customers have had occured when they tried to combine an ebay purchase with a storefront. I have two emails since Sunday that said they quit half-way through.
