I sold 2 items to a buyer that paid via PayPal. I reimbursed this buyer some money because they overpaid. Now they are NARU and the PayPal payment did not clear.
I have emailed this person and requested a refund, but have not received anything. Any suggestions as to what I can do to try and get my money back.
