I filed a Square Trade case for feedback removal. The bidder did not respond so they took my $20.00 from Paypal. Then they decided not to remove the feedback. Now they tell me my $20.00 will be refunded within 60 days. They took the cash is less than a few days, yet they hold my money for weeks before putting it back. Nice way to make some cash on my money... I know $20.00 is not a huge amount of cash but I could use it. Especially if they can't remove the feedback.
Sorry, just a bit ticked off. Ebay can take and take. But try and get something back. Sometimes I just feel like I am being picked by vultures...

The time I tried to work with Square Trade was a joke, too. The bidder was willing to work with them to remove the neg that she had given me as a mistake. The complicated system that they used required her to email them the same information in more than one step. I know I was frustrated with navigating their website. She ended up deciding it was a ridiculous system and quit working with them. So I still have the neg. I know she was willing to work with them because I read her emails. Square Trade is worthless.

I just think it's a total joke that someone would have to pay $20.00 to remove a feedback! Who cares about one measly feedback comment? I'd rather wipe me a$$ with that $20 than give it to eBay for what? Nothing.
In the grand scheme of things, just remember this...do your best when selling, but you can't keep everyone happy all of the time. Can't be done. I see a seller that has zero negatives, I begin to wonder.

Me, too.
Specifically, I wonder how much I can get away with if I buy something from that person.

Geesh, what do you wonder? What are they doing to stay at zero? Well let's try quick responses to email questions, clear and correct auction descriptions that includes all shipping info, excellent packaging, etc. I have confidence in my descriptions and packaging abilities so in the end it should be a very positive experience.
OH, and I and have left Negs for NPB's, just lucky they haven't come back at me with a lie in return.
My feedback is over 1200 with no negs.
Just because someone has no negs does not mean they kissa$$. You could look at it for the above reasons instead of thinking something is wrong with them.
