This guy sells lots of currency and coins in the 3, 4 and 5 figure range in a number of venues all the time. Many are error bills such as this one. He puts his real phone number and real address of his real business in his auctions. Many of his feedbacks are for 4 figure sales of currency. He is a member of Better Business Bureau, Professional Currency Dealers Association and The American Numismatic Association.
I don't think he is in his basement gluing bills together.
