How long do you give a seller to make it right. I don't buy very often, but my last 2 purchases have been a disaster. I bought both of these items on another account which has 1 feedback and shades. First I bought a fuel filter 1 month ago. After 2 weeks it didn't arrive. I emailed him to see how he shipped it and he said he sent it parcel post and offered to send me another one. He also explained that he's a powerseller so he's not out to "rip anyone off". I told him to wait one more week. Well, last week I emailed him and said it still hasn't arrived can you please send another one. Never heard back from him. My other problem is last week I bought 2 Palm m100's at a dutch auction from a seller with 1 feedback. They were listed as refurbished, but in perfect working condition. I received only 1 and that one doesn't work. I emailed him and have yet to hear back. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I paid paypal for both items, but have never done a chargeback before, and I would hope it wouldn't come to that point, but how long do a wait...a week...3 days???

paypal does not get involved in quality issue,but you bot 2 and get one,so you should file paypal complaint.dont wait.

A seller should look at his (her) e-mail daily but sometimes they are gone. (I am gone Saturday and Sunday many times). But after several days you are just being ignored. If they are gone a longer time they should not list. Your second example sound like a problem. I don’t bid on sellers with low numbers ever, unless I am willing to loose my money. Go to Pay Pal and get your funds back. Obviously they are not concerned why should you be?
