Hi there i am not very good at words so please be nice . i would like to know what archive mean.does it mean delete. if so thank you all for letting me know.

NO it dont mean delete no where when you put old sold or unsold listings into archive on auction watch they go in to a directory or file you create and name.
this creates a history of your past sales activity and gives you a pool of inventory you can use to relaunch at a later date.
the only part that will get deleted if unused after 90 days is your item pictures..

I think she means as I do, where did the delete go to? Since I don't save anything where it goes after I archive it doesn't matter to me it means delete.

in the slaes manager on the left hand side there are links one is a folder next to it a link archive click it from there you can set to and from date of archived items you can export when ever you want.
