Some Hotmail users report that they are not receiving site emails (End of Auction, Out Bid, etc.) from eBay. The eBay email system is not the source of the issue and we have been informed that Hotmail is working to correct this issue.
If your trading partner uses a Hotmail email address, they may not be receiving eBay emails and may have difficulty responding to you quickly. We ask that you remain patient, and continue trying to contact them.
