I figure I lost $100-$200 because of this downtime. I had all my auctions ending right in the middle of this downtime. ALL my auctions are dependent on pictures and the downtime slaughtered my bids.

Unfortuantly, this is more than enough downtime for me. Either I get some form of credit from AuctionWatch or I will take my business elsewhere.

What would you do if eBay went down? Where would you go? Yes eBay does refund your listing fee or even extends your auctions, but AW only provides you a service to add pictures to your auctions. I am sure AW does not want something like this to happen but sometimes it can't be helped.

I also lost at least $200.00 dollars, and in the past when ebay had down time I was given extedned time. Since I pay each month for this service I would expect to be refunded for time lost. If people let things like this happen and not expect a refund it will only get worse.
