Hello, I keep seeing the pop-up screens here for C2It. Is it true that sellers do not pay any fees? could such a thing be possible? So , if someone pays with their credit card via c2it, I get the whole transaction fee? anyone have any gripes with c2it? thanks!

I have been using C2It for over a year. I have never paid a dime to them in fees. It's great!

Hi - I have been using c2it for a while now. It is true that there are no fees. However, I think that in the future there will be fees.

I had a buyer send me an email after using C2it for payment. She claims that c2it charged her a $5.00 fee for using their service. She wasn't really complaining to me just warning me about it. Anyone else hear of this? I advised her to call them about it, but never heard back from her.

I started using c2it a long time ago, listing it as a payment option in my auctions. There has never been any fee for the seller, although at first there was a fee for the buyer (the one sending the money). Six or eight months ago c2it dropped all fees, with the buyers now not paying any fees either. They are probably trying to build up their customer base by not charging fees for a set period of time - I fully expect them to reinstate the fees some time in the near future. I am just hoping that they will once again charge the buyer (money sender) rather than the seller (money receiver).

They way I look at it, if someone whans the convenience of using their credit card and wants to pay online, they can pay the fees upfront. I used to offer c2it, BidPay, PayPal, and Billpoint, but dropped PayPal and Billpoint because of their fee structure, and in the case of PayPal, because of all the other reported problems. BidPay and c2it don't hit me with fees, so those two options are given to my buyers.

C2it was giving a 5.00 credit for new users. Perhaps she misinterpreted it as a fee.

As a bidder, I tried to sign up with C2It but the site is slow, eccentric, and has incompatabilities with many browsers. I was unable to get the site to accept my forms.

I think they are offering free services to establish themselves as a player in the online currency action, but are handicapped by ignoring their problems.

A major company like that should have a smoothly functioning site for maximum customer satisfaction. It would then grow.

Citibank obviously does not think the horrid site problems are important.
