I had some auctions close and 3 of the buyers have used billpoint. I got 2 payments yesterday. One cleared immediately ($34). The other payment was still being processed and " Orders undergoing quality review." was written above it." The payment was for $122.50. I also received a billpoint payment tonight for $9 and it was processed immediately. Is it normal for the processing times of payments to vary? What does this mean? Hopefully, the payment in question will be processed eventually and
I can send the item.

This has happened to other folks on the AW boards. From what I recall of their posts, it's exactly what it says -- a "quality review".
For more, search the message boards for "quality review" and I'm sure a few posts on it will come up.

This has happened to me a handful of times, but not recently. When it happened, there was a link in my BillPoint account I could click to get more information, and on each one, it said something to the effect of "too many credit cards used". I don't know if the link is still there; I haven't had this happen in awhile.
I suppose the bidders had used multiple credit cards to pay for their purchases, and BillPoint apparently flagged some of the transactions to be looked into further, just in case of a potential problem.
In the end, all the transactions went through just fine. They were held up for approximately 24 hours -- not a long time.
