I send winning notices to everyone right away, I keep copies to make sure. A winner emailed me asking why I didn't contact them, I assured her that I did, and she paid immediately. Well, she won another auction and a notice was sent. She emailed today asking if I was going thru with transaction since she hadn't heard from me.
I haven't this problem with anyone else. I have gotten replies from others with aol addresses. But I did notice that all of the people I have on my "reminder" and "NPB" list are aol users.
Is it possible that they are not recieving the email? I use yahoo to send mail, and have not had any problems until now.

Yes, if you are non-aol, you can have a problem getting through to some, though not all, aol users. Some on here say it is because of a "filter" that aol users can turn on...and if I understand it correctly, it filters entire sites...such as Hotmail, etc. (I don't think 'site' is the correct word here, but hopefully you get the idea.) Funny thing is: The user will always deny vehemently that s/he has such a feature in use. Maybe they just aren't aware of it; really don't know....I don't even mention it anymore.
If I don't receive a response from an aol user in 24-36 hours, I copy my original EOA notice, go into the auction page, and send it via the "Email this auction to a friend" feature, with an explanation that I'm concerned that they may not have received the original.

I have AOL. I recently had a bidder call me because me because she was receiving my emails, but I was not answering her replies. I never received any of her emails. She was using swbell.net who told her it was an AOL problem, but when she contacted AOL, they said it was problem with swbell.net?????
