Hello and thank you in advance for all your help!
I purchased a book yesterday at an auction called the "The Cat Scouts" by Louis Wain and Jessie Pope. I've found this book for sale on the internet ranging anywhere from $15.00 to $650.00 depending on the condition and published date. Mine isn't the earliest, but it is from 1920. Publisher is Dodge Publishing Company. Does anyone know if it's still a collectible book? Thanx so much in advance!
edited to add, that while I thought my book was of 1920's vintage, I'm not so sure now. There is no date printed in the book, someone wrote Dec., 16, 1920 on the inside as a gift to:......
Does anyone know how I can find out how Dodge Publishing Company marked their books as to which edition this is?
Thanx so much!

Hi,
I'm sure it's still collectible, but I don't know how much you might get for it.
I did sell a 1920's children's book in terrible condition for about $50 though, so it is definitely valuable.
List it and see....
:0)
Good luck.

Compare description, etc at www.addall.com also, you can find some info at Ebays book chat board--scroll down, you will find the blue, red & yellow boards, and you'll find more about childrens books there.
