I am a very busy person. Shipping/packing take up a ton of my and my employee's time. I have to pay packers, drivers, bookkeepers, supplies, etc........ As you can see I cannot do this for free or I would go out of business!
I run my business VERY efficiently, so your order will be processed and shipped ASAP after receiving payment. We charge for S/H, but we give you service and speed. If you want your order to sit around a while, bid somewhere else that charges less for S/H. You will have more headaches then it is worth!
My average shipping time to you have item in hand from the date of your payment is 3-6 business days.
If you do not see your order within 10 business days of your payment to me, now it is time to e-mail me because there may be a problem with your order. If you mailed your order in, extend this a couple of days.

I've seen that one, too.
Got to be a Powerseller, probably of pallet-loads of store-returns that are 'not tested, maybe don't work, probably junk, bid at your own risk' go away get outta here who needs you anyway....
These people sell a ton despite all the insults. Go figure.

Well, without giving out too much info, the person has over 1000+ feedback, and might be a powerseller.
They sell NEW items, but only in a particular line. I was interested in buying some of their products, but when reading down to find the shipping cost, I ran into this wonderful TOS.
OH! And the shipping charges are anywhere from 2X to 4X what the actual shipping charge. I have ordered some of these product online (not from this seller) and shipping was $7.53. He/she charges $20.00 for shipping for that particular model/qty that I had shipped for $7.53.
I can understand justifying SOME charges, but get real.
