So three months after the auction has ended, and I have filed NPB, then FVF, then relisted and sold the item.... I get this international postal money order (with recent date) in the mail from the NPB in Europe!
So I send him an email telling him the item is no longer available, and to send me a $1 for postage if he wants the POMO back. And if I don't hear from him I will simply throw it away. (I ain't spending any more money or time on this bum.)

If there was any chance of finding a duplicate item I would try to complete the sale. Of course if it was a vintage item that would be hard to do--finding one exactly like he bid on, same condition, etc...
I had a payment take 3 months to arrive from Brazil once, but he mailed it a few days after the auction ended. It just took that long to get here from there.

I would have been happy to send a duplicate or even similar item, but it was a rare piece of ephemera.
The thing that got me also was the lack of communication from the bidder, even after the NPB and FVF.
