I have a buyer who bought a auction payed very fast and I sent it the next day. He got the auction posted feedback. Now he said he had time to look at the pice and it broken 7 dyas after he got it and left feedback and said ever thing was great. He wants another or his money back. I know when I sent it it was not broken plus with he saying ever thing was fine and 7 days going by I don't really want to give his money back. What do you guys think.

Tell him he confirmed it was in good condition when he received it by leaving positive feedback. You are sorry, but can do nothing about it now.
He sounds a little crazy to me, expecting you to make good on something he broke.
Answer his email & then ignore him.

No refund necessary. Tell him he had the chance to examine the item upon receipt and since he left you positive feedback, you would have to assume everything was fine.
