I never tried any of the Auction Watch services until last night and I seem to have a problem. I listed 2 items on eBay (not through Auction Watch, I listed them myself). After the items were listed, I thought I would try putting a AW counter on one of them.
The first thing I didn't like was that it seems I have to ad counters to ALL items instead of just some of them. I couldn't see anything that would let me select which items to add counters to. I guess that's not a big deal, but it would be nice to be able to add counters to just SOME items already listed.
Anyway, I went ahead and selected the type of counter I wanted and added it to both items (or I thought I did). I got an email from AW saying this:
Thank you for using AuctionWatch.com's Bulk Counters. We have finished adding counters to all your auctions that previously did not have counters. Here are your results:
- 2 listings were found for (my ID) on eBay.
- Total time to process all auction(s): 1 seconds.
For your convenience, all of the above listings have been added to your Auction Manager control panel and you can view them by clicking the following link:

Here is the problem: No counters were added to my 2 items and if I try to get into my Auction Manager control panel I get this:
Error!
Unfortunately, an error has occurred, and we cannot display this page.
It's possible this is a transient error, and you may be able to hit 'reload' on your browser and proceed. If you continue to receive this error after several reloads, please wait a few minutes and try again--our servers may simply be very busy at the moment.

So did I do something wrong or is AW counters broke? It's been 15 hours now and still no counters on my auctions and I still get the error message. Sorry for making this so long but wanted to describe my problem as clearly as I could. Anyone know what's wrong here?

bawbaw,
I'm sorry I can't be of assistance. You'll have much better luck getting an answer to your question if you'll post it in the AuctionWatch Service Forum where the Customer Care staff hangs out. You can find that forum here:
