I have been going in trying to refresh my Auction Manager because it tells me all my active auctions are updating....it has been like that all day. Still has last nights bidding prices and # of bids just says "updating"...anyone else? I'm starting to think Auction Watch is messing with me...LOL

having the same problem. I am new at this game and would like to know why this is happening? Does this mean that these items are not available to be viewed by the buyers?

I HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM. NOW I CAN'T EVEN GET INTO MY EMAIL. I HAVE BEEN WITH AUCTION WATCH FOR AWHILE NOW. THESE PROBLEMS COME UP FREQUENTLY.

I HAVE EMAILED AUCTION WATCH AND IF EVERYONE ELSE WILL TOO THEY SHOULD GET THE PROBLEM CLEARED UP.

AUCTION WATCH IS NOT MESSING WITH YOU AND YES YOUR BUYER'S CAN VIEW THE AUCTIONS YOU HAVE LAUNCHED.

The only ones of mine that are showing as updating, are those with 0 bids. The others are fine, so far. They are all ok on ebay however, pics and everything is where it should be.

I'm having error messages as well...past experience for me has been that I can create them all and launch them, let the error message show...then go back whenever the 'problem' is fixed and relaunch them all...it's a pain but I don't have to quit creating auctions...

what is the problem anyway

I have been having the same problem for 2 days now error messages when trying to launch auctions.
And all my current auctions except those with bids show updating. You would think auction watch would let us know what is going on. And try to get it fixed ASAP I for one am trying to make a living form the auctions and auction watch is a very important part of my business. Come on everyone I just sent auction watch a e-mail
about this problem if everyone does the same they might get the hint.

There are announcements in the Auction Manager section of message centre regarding these problems. ( select "auction manager" from box at foot of this page )I don't think there's anything we can do about it ...but they're aware of it .

I couldn't get into AW late yesterday afternoon either . I don't know whether to schedule for tomorrow or not. Maybe just a few..to see what happens. Today doesn't look promising at present !

Hello I have just signed up with AW and have been looking at your posts and wondering if it worth the time to do their program?
Is there a cost?
I usually go on ebay and load everything during the time frame I want but I am looking for something like this that I can load and then set the time!
Could anyone give me some advice?
Thanks alot!
Misti
