I considered selling some of my CD's on Half.com as opposed to Ebay. But I didn't like them telling me HOW I must ship, HOW MUCH I am allowed to charge, HOW SOON I must ship, etc. Reminds me of a dictatorship. I enjoy the freedom Ebay gives me to set my own terms.

Then don't list there. YOu CAN charge more than the recommended price if you want to.

The standard shipping is nice for the buyer. No need to scrutinize listings to see *real* cost. This is one of the major reasons to shop there.

And you can't include anything extra with the order...no business card, flyers, etc. So much for repeat business.

It is not a democracy.
And it is not a republic.

It is a business.
