I am trying to send a billpoint invoice but it keeps telling me that there is an input error as shown in red. Trouble is there is nothing in red. And it looks OK to me.

Say, on several occasions I've gotten completely stumped with some process or another with Billpoint, and so I went to the RemarQ threaded messageboard for BILLPOINT/Payment.
LIVE Billpoint support FREQUENTLY give answers - all queries I've made were answered by staff and FAST.
So, ya might wanna test your luck over there, as for me, it was scads & scads faster than email.

thanks. Tried that, no luck. I now see where they think the error is even though it is not in red as indicated. It doesn't accept the email address. That is entered directly by eBay and I can't seem to change it. Email address is fine. I'm using it successfully to correspend with my customer.

Hi. There is a 500 character limit. Next time it happens to back and shorten your note to the bidder. Hope this helps, it happened to me yesterday I got a red error.

Is the total over $200..or whatever your electronic check limit is? and do you have "electronic check" box also checked? If so..go back and unclick the electronic check box, leaving the CC one alone. this will allow the CC charge to go through.
