Something has recently come up that I need an answer to, so thought maybe the folks here could help. Is anyone, or do you know anyone who is registered on ebaY as a Business or Corporation instead of as an individual - so your contact info would be registered to XYZ Inc, rather than Joe Buffy. Also, does anyone know if there is any info on the user agreement on this? Thanks -Rosalinda

HI Rosalinda:
I think it has to be an individual, in order to maintain some accountability. We had the same issue with OAUA membership- folks wanted business memberships, but we still needed an individual listed as the member in order to avoid an accountability nightmare.

Hi Ros, I know an individual who was forced by Safe Harbor to change their business name, to their personal name on their contact info.
They were told that if they didn't, they would get the heave ho. This is a power seller who moved $100,000 worth of merchandise last year.
