I have been trying all morning to access PayPal with no success. When do you anticipate a fix ? The site should not be this darn busy on Sunday morning ! Hmmmm, maybe everyone is busy withdrawing their money and closing their accounts ?

I'm in...BUT...I got a BAD feeling about this.
Does anyone else think its STRANGE that we haven't heard ONE WORD from them for 4 days now?
Not since all the "cut & paste" the first day.
What is to stop them from taking our money and running with it?
Their silence is not helping this situation at all.
Anyone else here of any new developments?

One more thing.
Has anyone gotten their money transfered to their banks yet and have it show up at your bank??
My transfer was showing "pending" but now shows "complete". I will be calling my bank in the morning for sure!

I just checked the site and got in as usual. Also had an incoming direct deposit from Paypal show up Friday - two days after my request for transfer.
I would suspect that PayPal realized that their responses to criticism on these boards needed to be reviewed for clarity since it seems that different employees were giving different answers, etc.
I'm picturing a big meeting, lots of memo's being passed around, maybe even donuts and coffee. We used to call it damage control. The big cheese gets up there and explains company changes and what they mean - folks who have given out wrong information have sweaty palms, nervous grins, wondering if they'll get fired.
