I would like to see the listing fee structure changed.
$.01 to $14.99 = $ .30
15.00 to $49.99 = $ .50
$50.00 to 199.99 = $1.00
$200.00 & higher = $2.00
No gallery fee. Should be standard in all listings. Get rid of home page feature as there is nothing but junk like weight loss pills and other garbage like such.
Dump the reserve option, but most definetly keep the dutch option. Put the zip code of all buyers so if you send a second chance offer, you can give them an accurate quote on shipping.

Everything sounds great except dumping reserves. They are a vital part of auctions, both real and online.

I wish Ebay would count every feedback towards the total.
What difference does it make if they are from the same buyer? I do a lot of repeat business(thankfullY). I could see their point back in the days when anyone could leave feedback for anyone regardless of whether a transaction was completed or not. But, now that each is tied to a specific sale whether it is from a repeat buyer or not should make no difference.

let you have free listing frees more often then they do. Also when they do have the free ones i wish it was around the time of the year people were apt to be buying more.
They only do it in low buying times to benifit there losses.
some of the time its not totally free to list but only a very small discount..
