Thank you, let me say that again - THANK YOU!
I read your post through twice and I understand and I know what I have to do.
As you probably already know, I will do it and I will be successful because it just can't be any other way.
You have no idea how much I truly appreciate your help and in plsmith's words ...
awesome, awesome, awesome. I am going to copy some of your posts (if that is okay with you) and I can refer to them when I feel the need. I feel stronger already. I am just a bit overwhelmed right now so I am going to copy these posts and read them and meditate on embracing Saturn and using this info to my advantage so I can either climb the mountain or move it out of my way . I promise you this, I am forever grateful for your help and advice and if I can ever help you in any way, it would be an honor.

Okay nobs - on your daughter.
The answer to your question is that she already should have moved. It is a concern that she did not, and testament to her incredible will.
You think your daughter is a Taurus but she is really a Scorpio like you times 100.

Let's see..
Sun and Mercury in the 8th house (Scorpio)
Moon Uranus conjunction in Scorpio
Pluto (Scorpio planet) conjunct her ascendent AND opposite both Venus and Mars....

(are you wincing yet junque).

Outrageous appetite and you won't like this nobs (being Capricorn) but she is very likely going to live off other peoples energy all of her life. She has tremendous draw and ultra keen senses - a master manipulator, and that is for good or ill.

Now - I do not mean to say that there is no hope - I am judging the current situation by the fact that she surely should have already moved on and she did not and so I worry she has you in a suck you dry situation. I am also not trying to dog her because frankly - this is so much energy to manage, I imagine she has her plate full round the clock. That, and we don't know the end of this movie. You don't get born with power like she has and automatically know what to do with it . She is still young.

Some of this is stuff is static.

She will always have to manage immense power. She will always have a fair number of demons - but the jury is out on how it all ends up until she is about 30 years old. If she is trying to live a FLUFFY life, she is on the wrong path and should change course asap. She needs an intense profession as a channel for all her energy.

Okay - back to the move she has just had a Uranus transit to all the Scor and Taur which should have moved her because Uranus is conjunct her Moon. This should have forced to move toward INDEPENDENCE which to me says "away from the parents". Since she has apparently resisted this (ouch) you can hope for a latent effect, and she does have an opportunity coming by April this year. Thing is I don't think it is going to jar her. She is a stubborn sum-b**** and it may take nuclear war.
I know you know what I a mean, and I am sorry!

VM
Thank you, I have copied and saved the posts (gee, I am getting an archives )
I want to show the last 2 to Mr. Nobs who is working until midnight.
You sure have my daughter right on target, but I am hoping she will see her way clear. She is very bright and has made some mistakes the past few years that have cost her dearly. Sometimes, as her Mother, I feel so frustrated because I feel like I was helpless to stop her from making those mistakes and I did try to teach her well. I sadly think there are some life lessons she will learn the hard way. I just want her to be prepared
because I can't always be there. I also think that as long as me and her Dad are here to bail her out, she will never learn to be responsible for her actions. The money is not an issue, it is the drain that it takes on her dad and myself psychologically that hurts. She is in many ways like I was at her age.
Once again, thank you don't seem to be enough.

Toke-sis, Pat, D & Maui
thank you all so much. I feel happy and relieved and better that I have in a while.
Only thing is - I have to go get a shower before my daughter ties up the upstairs bath.
My bath downstairs is but a powder room and I won't fir into the sink lol.
I will be popping back in later ...
and Shardear if you are around, I will be back and answer your email - you better be resting!!! I have friends on the West Coast and I will have them come and tie you to the bed And you don't want to mess with these 2 gals, one of them is armed with a pike.

I have been hanging out here but will not be able to continue. I have to get moving, go to work on a new opportunity.

Saturn = work
Jupiter = opportunity
Direct = time to move

Things are thick with anticipation all over right now. I feel very pregnant

This is for the Pisces mother with the two fire flower daughters.

I am afraid that your Aries daughter will have to accept and embrace Aries because not only does she have an Aries sun, her Moon is also in Aries!
Your little gal is a FIRE goddess .
Get this:

Sun and Moon in Aries (FIRE!)in the 9th house (FIRE)
Leo rising (FIRE)
Packed 5th house (Leo - FIRE!)

She has also inherited your Jupiter in Pisces (YAY!) conjunct her Mercury and taken together with he Sun and Moon in the 9th house (Jupiter) this is a lucky and VERY high minded little girl.

Now the upside of having your sun and Moon in the same sign and house is that it is very easy to live your life. You do not need to do "this" and then run over there to do "that" and then "this" and then "the other" in an effort to get your needs met. There is no infighting. Everything is concentrated, and in your daughters case - she has a loose grand trine (Her Aries is hooked to the Leo rising is hooked to planets in Sag - that completes the fire trinity - and btw is lying in the FIRE houses) and so all of this works for her quite readily.
She has fire feeding fire feeding fire feeding fire - this is fire that will never be extinguished.

Okay --- how to help her appreciate Aries..
You can tell her that being an Aries is like driving a muscle car around. She is not apt to be run over or left behind. This will please her I think. Also, with Jupiter in Pisces she may balk at the warrior idea of Aries. It is rare, the little girl wants to be a fighter. You can explain that no one is pure anything and talk to her about specific Aries which is this..

In the 9th house she is a quasi Sagittarius (which is very much aligned with Pisces since they share ruler Jupiter).
She feels vitally alive (Sun) and nurtured (Moon) when involved in Sagittarian activities which are -
Outdoor sports
higher education, expand the mind
anything foreign
anything adventurous

The whole key to Sag is that it needs to have no boundaries. She is a wild horse (a quite pure wild horse) with a rocket in her pocket. This is no shrinking violet...
Let's say you traveled to India (this would be up her alley) or wherever and you were exposed to some guru..
It would be your daughter who would blurt out questions in 2 seconds. She have great thirst for different perspectives, she is a born explorer. The guru asks for a volunteer? Up pops your daughter. She is not content to observe - she needs to ACT.

You can also tell her that she has a tight trine to her Sun from Uranus - a marvelous condition that makes her cutting edge and innovative without the jarring effect on other people that a square would bring..
Okay so all together...
She is gal in the university that is arguing with the professor..
She says stuff like "The insertotherculturehere feel that XXXX is incorrect and the insertotherculturehere feel that.." Very progressive, forward looking and utterly without prejudice. She will know more than many around her simply because of her big mind.

This addresses the fire side of her - so about this Pisces in the 8th.

Very very intuitive, and where Jupiter is where we thrive.
She will always have an interest in psych / Scorpio things - but this does not interfere with her fire.

Her chart as a whole is quite fortunate (she also has Part of Fortune on her ascendent) - there is nothing difficult to embrace in the least - and I have to say she is going to be able to transcend problems when they come her way. What she is NOT is someone's "little woman" so if you have ideas like that - think again.

Has dramatic ability by the Leo rising and the 5th house and Sun and Moon in the 9th can preach. For that matter Jupiter (big mouth) is conjunct Mercury (speak) so she could quite easily "lecture" and for that matter on any subject she chose.

Bottom line - she has much to celebrate here and I think it would be wholly foolish to trade this chart in on another

I will write on your other daughter asap!

Okay - fireflower #2.
Your daughters have much in common while simultaneously being different.

What do they share?
Daughter E has a Leo rising like her sister, but she also has Sun, Venus, Jupiter, and Mars in Leo (FIRE) in the first house (Aries house / FIRE!)
Man oh man these two must be on the go.
Now - obviously they share Leo qualities -- like to be seen, very dramatic (they would both excel in a HUGE way on a stage of any kind although E would have to overcome some fear) - regal and queenish.
They both share Aries qualities (E by her packed 1st Aries house)
They both share Sag qualities - FF#1 (I don't want to give enough info to id you - this is your choice) by Sun and moon in the 9th. E by Jupiter tied up with her Moon, ascendant Venus AND mars!
Also -- they are both a bit eccentric.
FF#1 via the Uranus trine to her Sun.
E via her Sun and Mercury in the 11th (Aquarius / Uranus) house..

Now lets go there..
E is a Gemini and so of course likes to socialize and flit. In the 11th house, Gemini thrives. Air sign in an Air house - woohoo this gal can work a party.
Add to this all the Leo and understand that Leo and Gemini are one of the best pairings in the zodiac - perhaps THE best either in a chart or between chart and you see like FF#1 (stands for fireflower), E is quite fortunate.

Now the 11th house does rebel against Leo and so if you have been reading this thread your daughter will have a similar problems with her Leo as I have with mine.. Leo gets out and promenades around and the 11th house says "ohhhh please.."
See, Leo thinks they are the Queen / King in the room, but the 11th house wants to be part of a group where every member has equal rights and so you see the problem here. Now it is not life threatening and your daughter being Gemini I am sure can appreciate how interesting this is.
See - fortunately Gemini gets along with either Leo OR Aquarius quite readily and so this conflict is not a tragic happening and as a matter of fact in line with the two lives Gem likes anyway!
See how that works?? Cool.

Okay ... the one challenge I can see for E is a hard aspect from Saturn to all her Leo. Without effort, this will tend to squash her fire .. "I am not good enough" type thing. Because it is an opposition this will manifest as a whole lot of ego (Leo) one day and crippling insecurity the next. Now the resolution for this is to be excellent. What I mean is Leo in the 1st house rushes out on to the stage brazenly. With Saturn involved an effort needs to be made. Careful preparation and then both energies are served, but she will never be rid of this fear and it is best to try to pull it into her awareness.

Reason is with an opposition people project 1/2 of it. Like "I am Leo confident and THAT OTHER PERSON over there is afraid, when it is actually our own deal. The opposite is "I am scared and not good enough and THAT OTHER PERSON over there has all the shiny hair qualities". A person with an opposition works both ends of it. It is difficult but not impossible to integrate - but somehow the person has to come to understand that they embody both sides. Astrology is good for this because visually you can SEE the opposition.

She may as well learn to think / say to herself - "I am scared to death, but I am so damned shiny I am going out there anyway because my brilliance will blind people".
I am serious.
She is an emperoress (sp) who is AFRAID she has no clothes, but of course she is fully dressed and utterly regal and besides that can talk to anyone and anything.
That is the truth right there.
Face the Saturn fear but don't deny it because otherwise it grabs the wheel.
"I am afraid I am naked, but it is just a fear, so I will pony up and walk out there." When she does this the rest is a walk in the park.
Cheerio, and over and out!

hiya dcj - with the birth time guess, your husband appears to have a Libra rising and a Libra Moon. What gets me is that he has Jupiter in Aries on his descendent (the partner) which pretty much describes you

I am glad he is on rise and I am not surprised. He will soar without impediment into 2002 at which time T Saturn will square his Sun and Mercury.
Now this is not like hitting a wall or anything like that - more like a tweak on the "growing up" thing we all have to do (apology to Leo and Gemini who would rather not). See when Saturn comes around we have to ask "who do I want to be when I grow up / what kind of adult do I want to be" and then manifest it.
If Saturn in a natal chart is involved in a train wreck this can be a horribly trying time bit in your husbands case it is not and also being that Saturn is an earthy thing it is pretty compatible with his Virgo.
If he behaves like an adult and acts with integrity at this time, he will suffer no problems at all - instead he will find honor.

Further out - he will have Pluto sq his Sun but this is late 2003 and beyond so at the moment he has an extended run going. Like I have said people with a lot of Libra are really in supreme shape right now and it is going to get even better shortly, when Saturn enter Gemini and offers support via the trine to Libra.

This is for the gal with the 2 children. You did not send your data so it is impossible for me to know what is giving you problems this year, but I can offer some insight into your children.

You son is has stellium in Scorpio in the first house.
Scorpio rising, Sun, Venus, Pluto and Mercury in Scorpio. Tra la la, he is immensely powerful.
This is not a situation like nobs daughter where there is a lot of stress and so what I wrote there does not apply.
It is a situation where you have a huge amount of Scorpio and further it is amplified in two ways. First it is the 1st house / Aries / in your face and plus it is all square Jupiter which make it all bigger than life.

Now I don't know what you are about but it is fair to say that this much Scorpio is going to make a number of people uncomfortable and that may include you. People are afraid of this much power - and they are also attracted. Way back in this thread I wrote that Scorpio is the only energy that sucks while simultaneously repelling and your son exudes this is spades. He is intensity walking - his vibe is acute and so he is going to make a major presence every minute he is on this planet.

Now I do not mean to say that other people do not have impact. What I mean is that when someone has so much in one sign, and particularly Scorpio than you have one tractor beam instead of another person who has this side and that side and their other side so things move around and you get a break.

He has a Gemini Moon and so - as comparison:
This exact match Grace Slick - Scor sun & rising, Gemini Moon
or Grace Kelly - Scorpio Sun, rising, Mars , Mercury.

You get the picture here. These people have a presence.

Now as for your comfort level - it depends on how much ease you have around Scorpio things and deeeeeep emotion.
I think you son will do well - he will most definitely wind up in a powerful position. A top pick would be a surgeon as besides all the Scorpio he ruler of the chart Mars in the 8th in Gemini which rules the hands / small motor skills and so he would be highly skilled at this.
Mars (blood, knives) 8th house (surgery)
Bottom line - he will thrive where life and death are at stake. Obstetrician.. that is another thing for him.
Scorpio also likes to investigate but in this case it won't work because like Scorpio gal (go back and read her piece - because it is all relevant to your son except the non committing part) he will never be able to hide, because he has Jupiter (BIG) in Leo (BE SEEN) on the Midheaven (PUBLIC).
He could also be one heck of a performer.
He could project from a stage (the last gal's daughters were having FUN on a stage) just incredible.
The perfect "Dracula" you know. And he would LOVE it! Stage more than celluloid too. It is your son's physical presence that is awesome and magnetic.

Okay, so blah blah blah all that, his big thing will be to learn to manage his power and use to heal as opposed to harm because very frankly his capacity to do harm is as enormous as his capacity to be a positive force.

I will tell you where his "brake" is - what/how/where to stop him from running amok.

He is vulnerable via the Jupiter in Leo. Jupiter in Leo on the midheaven very badly wants to be seen and respected by the public for doing the right thing. He needs this more than food. How this translates in very simple terms is the act of praise for proper behavior. Tell him that people (the public) do not respect nasty behavior, but celebrates high-mindedness.
Midheaven - public
Leo - respect
Jupiter - high minded

That is what you want him to aspire to because if not he gets caught in all these Scorpio power games and death defying rim of hell stuff and this is a waste of a good surgeon who stages one hell of a Halloween party each year

I'm flabbergasted, speechless, and my hands are shaking, VM

I just read your last post, I believe it's in reference to my e-mail about my two kids.
Forget all the psychology and child-rearing books; this is the first info that I've read that actually pointed me to what I need to do to help my son.

I'm almost afraid to see my daughter's!

I truly appreciate this info. My kids are SO different from me and it's a struggle to understand; what makes them tick and how can I direct their seemingly boundless energy?

You are FABULOUS!!!

busybiddy - yep that is him. Your son - very straightforward, your daughter is more of a puzzle so I am assimilating for a bit.

What to do?
Your son?
Drama, and let him investigate.
He is innately interested in secrets, and keenly observant. Forget FLUFFY! Science.
Take apart and put back together.. or possibly just take apart and throw away.
He is NOT a collector!
Only 1 or 2 tiny object infused with power for him. He lives on ENERGY. Nothing tangible. The OPPOSITE of Taurus. "Things" are almost repulsive to him.

There is a bit on one of Arroyo's books about a little Scoprio boy, 3 or 4 YO and the mother comes to him freaking out because the kid is sticking his penis in electrical outlets --- but see this is normal (for Scorpio).
They probe stuff!!!

interlude
not personal to you here - just blathering...
Align your expectations to embrace what your kid really is and help them grow into their marvelous selves!
EOI

Back to you busybiddy - your son is hugely creative but...
Say you are teaching them plant a seed and water it and watch it grow..
That is Virgo stuff. All he cares about is the seed! The mystery of all that power contained in the little seed. That's what flips his switch.
I am serious - he would be the best Dracula ever to hit the stage..
I just may have to tell a story about this. I know one.
If I have time I will.

Oh - and respect his privacy. If you do not, you will not be forgiven. Scorpio values trust over anything else. Betray a Scorpio and then send them a gift? Hah! They will burn it in 2 seconds and chant all the while. You are history.
I don't mean to go off in a manic fashion, but OTOH all of this is true!

Also -- you know Mars is in Scorpio in the sky right now and so all this Scorpio.
Remember all the LIBRAS?? Back when Maui was here? Mars was in Libra then now moved to Scorp. See how this works???
Tra la la I love Space JUNK!

Okay rawbunzel - do you know why your daughter gets away with what she does? Because she is interesting! Because she has the gift of gab - surface charm and down deeper a Scorpio vibe that attracts. She also has a Cancer moon and all I can say is gals with Cancer moons are smooooth operators. They can get men to do absolutely anything they want. They are masterful, and it is awesome to watch. For me, I mean. They have this baby voice thing they do and 40 men rush to save them. Criminy, I have to fix my own car, ya know? It pisses me off, but credit where credit is due, I am in awe.

Anyway she is witty and masterful flirt, with like I said - something else on offer less intellectual. I am not saying SEX here, (who me?) I am saying that she can easily get people to do things for her, and as a matter of fact, she has a royal flush in this department. If one card doesn't do she has another and another and anot...

Your son has his Moon within 1 degree of your daughter and so this is remarkable.
He has a grand cross in his chart if you count the midheaven (I prefer not to) which essentially means his bells are going off all the time. This would be the inverse of the last little Scorpio I wrote about with his tractor beam.

This is like 6 or 8 or 10 lights in a circle that blink randomly. He will have a hard time finding one thing that does it all for him (contrast this to your own chart which has everything stacked up together which creates it's own different kind of intensity). His challenge is to make music with a kazoo, a piano, a flute, and air guitar.. you get the picture - this is a challenge.

When I see a chart like this I think it is unrealistic to think someone is going to pull it all together at a young age. Frankly, I just don't think it is possible. In astrology btw nothing counts before about 29 YO, and so he gets at least this long and then look for him to get the band together.

When he does it will be quite dynamic.

You can just look around life (or even this message board) and there are such a variety of folks.
You have the people who are real consistent - pitching wisdom through their slot, dead center bullseye which never moves.
Another person is a wild pitcher and a third can hit anyone of 10 marks depending on which day or hour this is.
All of these types are critical to the group and your son is in the last group.
I'd say cut him some slack. He is verrry different from you and coping with chaos you can only imagine. Bottom line here is that there is no easy fix or simple recipe. Makes 5 planets in Scorpio look like a walk in the park in a way!

Another thing, is that people with charts like this are remarkable hearty. After all, they have 25 places to go you know? I can't help but go back to the last kid, the Scorpio. When he hurts he is SCRRRREWED. He lies there and bleeds and throbs until he can heal. Your son can bop over yonder until the smoke clears where ever was burning. Make sense?

Bottom line is what looks like a lack of direction to you is actually him trying to all the fires out and they keep popping up. With more experience, he will learn how long which fire can burn - IOW he will become more masterful, but what he is got on his plate to handle is more than I think can be grasped at his age. Give him time - he his cooking an elaborate meal here! Dis is not a Taurus no frills PIE.

LOL! VM! Yes, that is my daughter! She can get anyone to do anything and she can get anyone to believe anything [except me-I can see through her pretty well!] She does however pride herself on fixing her own things but if she wanted to you are right, she could get any man to do it for her! I know the baby voice of which you speak, I have heard it lots of times!

My son is a very interesting person to me. I know he is different than I and since he is on his own now I cut him lots of slack. I only watch and wonder where he is going and will he ever get there? He has a new idea every week about what he will do next. He is very creative. He is fun to watch! He is a mystery to me!

I really need to learn about some of this myself! This is just endlessly fascinating!

She also has Venus and Mars in Scorpio and transmits he vibe via amplifier JUPITER in Scorpio!

Let us just be grateful that the Scorpio is in the 6th (Virgo) house or she would really run amok with this.

Very Modern, you are once again absolutely correct! You have said several times that Virgos don't marry. I wondered at that a bit, having been married to the Pices trial for 30 years, then the light dawned: I do not wear a wedding ring and have never acknowledged an anniversary, have always had separate bank and store accounts, and on and on. Works for me, but always kind of wondered why I am that way. Now I know. Thank you very much!

Yes jps! LOL! That's it. Self contained!
Pisces marvels at this. They are forever merging. Married Virgo is an independent person who has committed but excuse me - "this does not mean I am you and you are me..." Virgo strains under contracts - especially made to one person when there is a whole world out there in need.
You cannot be chained to one post and have duty call - think of the dilemma! lol!

rawbunzel I will tell you something else about women with Cancer Moons (Maui). They have the best breasts in the zodiac. Yes!
I would have mentioned this but your daughter has a Gemini rising and her Cancer Moon in the 3rd and so I imagine she is thin from nervous energy - but even if Cancer Moon does not have huge breasts (and 90% of the time they do) - they have terrific well shaped breasts, and they know it.
Another thing about your daughter is that if a lie does not work, she can always go the blunt truth Sag route - so you see that no matter what she is covered

Do we make that 4 left coast friends, or should I write spikily? Also want to point out these are only professed friends we know about. Surely the hearts and minds of many others flock to Nobs.

Alright, y'all have convinced me to look up my birth time. VM, you are amazing. Please pardon my earlier reticence. I fear you may tell me some things I already know but don't want to hear

You do have a great reserve of goodwill to draw upon. There is an exceptionally valuable and giving group of people here. The extent to which you are venerated speaks volumes. Please advise if I may ever be of service.

Bowing gently to honor the gifts you share.

Ah shucks, thanks onezippyone - this is just what I do. Some people can play a fiddle, and I think "how do they do that?" Everybody is great at something, and this is my gig. Thanks for your kind post
